William

Streeter

Bill is a painter and woodworker and is thriving as an active and engaged participant. He arrived at Inspire Arts one-year post-injury feeling discouraged, adjusting to his new life as a survivor, with the understanding that his life had completely changed. Each new day he began to advance forward with his arts practice.

“Art-making puts the focus on the skills you have, not your deficiencies, it helps you focus on your talents. I can create something beautiful even with my vision challenges. Art offers me a new perspective, and what I learn through my art practice applies to things I am trying in life.”
